Pimple is the layman term for a break out lesion and ACNE is the medical term:

Pathology:
every sebaceous gland (oil gland ) continually produces sebum (oil) trying to reach the surface of the skin thru the pores but sometimes not able to- due to impeding factors like make up/foundations/powders/thick crèmes /sun blocks /and even your own secreted oiliness tend to block the sweat glands and oil glands. And so the oil & sweat glands begin to s well up and eventually ruptures intradermally. In this circumstances the sebum and sweat which escape in to the dermis is an irritant and therefore sets up a foreign body reaction-thus causing erythema (redness/swelling) and pus formation and they tend to be walled off by the connective tissue cells and healing occurs with subsequent fibrosis.
Common Causes of pimples
*hormonal- and genetics –meaning more androgenic or progesterone
hormones in an individual.
* stresses physical/emotional/mental –stimulating androgenic hormones.
* Irregularity of menstruation cycles.
It can be Acne-dermatitis caused by certain irritants that you have eaten or used or applied.
Ordinary supermarket bar soaps can cause pores to be blocked due to an ingredient they used to harden them into a bar. Or simply to make them more creamy-can also cause pore blockage-
Also deficiency in VIT-A, Vit C,-complex? B1 B6 B3/ and magnesium.
Acne can be flared up by Multi vitamins with iron or strong B12 and High RDA of Vit E. )avoid this vitamins)

Pimple is the layman term for a break out lesion and ACNE is the medical term:
How Pimple or ACNE develops?
Pathology:
every sebaceous gland (oil gland ) continually produces sebum (oil) trying to reach the surface of the skin thru the pores but sometimes not able to- due to impeding factors like make up/foundations/powders/thick crèmes /sun blocks /and even your own secreted oiliness tend to block the sweat glands and oil glands. And so the oil & sweat glands begin to s well up and eventually ruptures intradermally. In this circumstances the sebum and sweat which escape in to the dermis is an irritant and therefore sets up a foreign body reaction-thus causing erythema (redness/swelling) and pus formation and they tend to be walled off by the connective tissue cells and healing occurs with subsequent fibrosis.
Common Causes of pimples
*hormonal- and genetics –meaning more androgenic or progesterone
hormones in an individual.
* stresses physical/emotional/mental –stimulating androgenic hormones.
* Irregularity of menstruation cycles.
It can be Acne-dermatitis caused by certain irritants that you have eaten or used or applied.
Ordinary supermarket bar soaps can cause pores to be blocked due to an ingredient they used to harden them into a bar. Or simply to make them more creamy-can also cause pore blockage-
Also deficiency in VIT-A, Vit C,-complex? B1 B6 B3/ and magnesium.
Acne can be flared up by Multi vitamins with iron or strong B12 and High RDA of Vit E. )avoid this vitamins)
One must get one’s face professionally deep pore cleansed- make sure they remove your blackheads and pimples are drained well.

1)prewash face with the ff: if with makeup/very oily skin/dirty
*skin cleanser mix granules- 2x daily
then-*foam up the ff soaps and leave on the skin for 1-2-3-4-5 mins.

3)Treatment crèmes application
For FACE Acne
Morning: Spot acne –directly on the acne breakout or pimple-for a day if it persist continue to apply for more days till pimple disappear
or antibacterial crème- great for anti pimple preventive and cure but spot acne is stronger-
and more potent for pimple. It kills just recently grown or onset of a pimple overnight .

Evening: Spot acne or antibacterial crème

4) Eyeline control Power lift gel- anti crows feet & wrinkles-

For BODY Acne
1)Morning: Prewash w/Blemish free Oil control soap followed by SuperWhite sensitive-this lightens the skin
Evening: skin cleanser mix granules 1-2x weekly- for deep pore cleansing
or Blemish free soap foamed up over a Loofah
2)Glyco antibacterial or Glyco regular 2x daily after shower or bath
3) Spot acne or antibacterial crème2x daily after shower or bath
